We will be painting a PNW-scape in acrylic. All supplies are provided, you just need to show up!

Paint & Sip classes will be held at Wines by the Valley, just down the hall from Kluh Art Gallery, at the Market building in Tumwater’s Craft District.

Common Questions:

What will we be painting? The subject/artwork for each class is new and different. It will be a seascape, mountainscape or landscape inspired by the PNW. Julie determines the actual painting usually a few days prior to the event, so the exact painting is not available prior to booking.

Can kids come? Yes, kids 10 and over are welcome, there will be soda and cider options for kids. Kids are welcome in the tasting room at Wines by the Valley, you do not need to be over 21. 

Are there non-alcoholic beverages? Yes, there is a selection of sodas and sparkling ciders for those who wish not to drink alcohol included in the price.

I'm a total beginner, is that OK? Yes, Julie pre-sketches the canvas to remove the hardest part, and guides the class through each step of mixing and applying the paint. Many first time painters have had great success!

How many people can you host? 12 students

Do you do private painting classes for groups? Yes, please email me at julie@juliekluh.com for info on private classes. The minimum cost is $1200. Send me a note here

What is your Cancellation & Refund Policy? In-person classes are non-refundable. Rescheduling to a future class is available with a 1 week cancellation notice by email to julie@juliekluh.com.
