Shipping policy

Depending on the product ordered, shipping times will vary. Shipping amounts are quoted when items are added to cart unless you are located out of the United States, we may have to contact you for additional international costs.

Worldwide shipping is available! Please contact julie@juliekluh.com shipping requests outside of the United States.

Original paintings will ship within 3 days using an insured and trackable shipping carrier, typically FedEx.

Prints are made-to-order and take 1-3 weeks depending on the type of print purchased. Large canvas prints will take the longest, generally about 3 weeks.

If there is damage occurred during shipping, refunds and returns will be organized with no expense to the purchaser. It is important to contact us by email at julie@juliekluh.com immediately if your item is received damaged.
