This painting, Storm Mist, was inspired by the dark of winter, but the light and power among it. A stormy sky really makes the waves light up when the sun peeks through.
I love this view right into the wall of the wave where you can see the thick lip throwing alive with movement. The wave is already breaking, but we have a peek under the hood to of the ocean water glowing. A new favorite of mine.
