This bright landscape painting captures the majestic view of Mt. Rainier rising above the lush evergreen forests near Packwood, Washington. On a clear, sunny day, the snow-covered peak gleams against a brilliant blue sky, with Butter Butte in the foreground looking to North.
I love to visit Packwood and Rainier all year round, and I am continuously inspired by her many displays of beauty. This was a commissioned painting for a Packwood enthusiast. See you at the mountain!
